Our Deck needed repair and updating, contacted Mitten Made Basements. They removed the old deck and put in brand new deck all in 3 days. Mitten Made Basements is great too work with even when we added extra features at last minute. We asked them to work on our bathroom, and did another great job!

I can't say enough good things about Mitten Made. I was dreading going through the construction process but once they got rolling things came together pretty quickly. Brian's staff were so good at their jobs; personable, professional and tidy. Because this was a total custom job, the crew had some ideas on what would look or perform best and most of their suggestions were included, to the project's benefit. Prior to finding Mitten Made we sat through "dog and pony" shows from 2 or 3 "mall kiosk" type remodelers. The two estimates we received were twice (or more) the price Mitten Made charged....that was the deciding factor. We will use them again as soon as we nail down what our next project will be.

Mitten Made Renovations completely remodeled my kitchen from the top to the bottom, including the installation of a beautiful tile floor. They were meticulous and did a great job! Every time I walk into my kitchen, it makes me very happy.

Brian was great to work with. I had him install a quartz counter top. The communication and workmanship was excellent throughout the process.

We moved into a new home and the basement was not finished. We contacted Mitten Made for help. Brian came by to take a first look and suggested replacing the ceiling, electric panel, sump pump, etc. He then sent in the General Manager Steve who came by on a Sunday to review our requirements in more detail. It was clear he was super knowledgeable in many areas and gave us suggestions for additional work, including fixing some of the exterior of the house, such as holes in the outer walls and under the gazebo, installing screen doors, replacing the gutters and more. A week into the job, a major rain storm caused water to leak in the basement. Steve came over right away and gave us some recommendations of the best way to deal with this unexpected issue. They were very patient with us while they explained all of the possible solutions. We never felt pressured. We decided to have them remove all the walls in the basement, seal all the holes and install a French Drain the front of the house. It was a lot more than we had originally planned but we didn't want any further suprises. After several months we now have the beautiful basement we had hoped for. Mitten Made Basements did a fabulous job installing a new tub and tiling one of my bathrooms. They were very professional to work with from the estimating to the final finish of the project. We had a few bumps, which were easily handled and their tile installer, Victor, was simply outstanding in his approach and execution of the project. Very satisfied also with their price.

We have worked with many contractors over the years. These guys are top notch. We have done two jobs with them to install safety railings to challenging exterior stairs at our lake home which is built into a hill. The stairs in question had unique turns and existing landscaping around them to work around. They got it done on a tight schedule and it looks gorgeous. In addition to quality work, they have superb communication. We will 100% be using them for future projects. So glad to have found someone reliable to work with in the area.

Every detail was amazing in our remodeled master bath. I can't say enough to express our satisfaction. The tradespeople were all perfectionists and the owners bent over backwards to ensure a good result. This was a full custom job...but half the price (and twice the quality) of the advertised "3 day" bathroom makeovers.

I'm amazed at the speed with which Mitten Made worked! They had to replace a toilet, flooring in my bathroom, and a big piece of ceiling. It was all done, paint included, in 2-3 days (it was so fast I can't remember!) Brian couldn't be nicer and more up front and honest. The workers Steve (a probable roller hockey opponent in the past), John (great playlist), and Melvin were all nice, talented, trustworthy, and speedy! I can't recall the office manager's name, I'm sorry, but she was wonderful as well. Tremendous communication all around. So impressed.

He recently installed a built-in fridge and panel doors for us—a task we initially thought would take 2 hours but ended up being an 11-hour endeavor. Throughout the process, Liam remained flexible, accepted feedback graciously, and demonstrated meticulous workmanship. Despite the unexpected complications, his commitment to delivering a high-quality result was evident. We are very pleased with the outcome and grateful for his hard work. Brian and his team are great! We did a complete remodel of a house that we recently purchased. His team did the tile work in two of our three bathrooms. Another company did the tile in the third bathroom. He workmanship is much better than the other company’s. He always called back when I had to leave a message. Not all of the other contractors did. My only negative is that it took longer than promise. Most of the delay was on the tile company, Virginia Tile in Farmington. He used them because we asked him. Neither of us will use them again. Some of the delay was on me. Some on Brain, who took another job that demanded more time than he realized. Despite the delay I would still hire him again. I really appreciate his integrity and his high quality craftsmanship.

We got a few quotes before we decided to go with Brian and his crew and the decision was mostly made due to Brian’s practical/down to earth/respectful attitude. We are SO glad we went with our gut because the team did wonderful. They were professional, on time, and respectful. We planned out everything we wanted and they delivered perfectly. The pictures certainly don’t do their work enough justice and I would recommend them (and have) to anyone who asks.

I've used this renovation team on several different projects, including a full kitchen redo with removal of soffits, installation of new cabinets and countertops and tile. They also updated my powder room with a new cabinet, sink and toilet, installed wood molding, trim and base boards in the hallway, and completed several paint jobs.
